Retreat at Lake Tillery

What the dated town records establish, and what still needs confirmation.

Town-report snapshot through · Guide prepared .

Work is progressing; approvals remain distinct

Town reports describe grading, entrance and utility work at Lennar’s Retreat at Lake Tillery, around Lillys Bridge Road / Lake Tillery Road, Mount Gilead area. The developer lists 524 Livingston Point as the community address.

The October 6 packet still described the sewer force-main crossing as being in permitting. This is a dated record of progress, not a live construction or permit-status feed. Later changes are not confirmed by this summary.

Approximately 1,067 lots

Planned resident amenities

The developer’s Coming Soon listing describes a private boat launch for the community. It is resident-oriented, not a public boating-access point, and this guide does not establish that it or other planned amenities are complete.

Developer’s community listing

Earlier plans and reports used different lot counts. Do not add phases together or treat a planning figure as a final approved, buildable or occupied-home total.

What remains unverified

Final scope
A final stamped lot total and any later revisions have not been verified in this guide.
Sewer approvals and acceptance
The latest dated town report used here does not establish an issued crossing permit, a completed force main or final acceptance of all infrastructure.
State permit identity
A project-specific state permit ID has not been verified here. No permit status is inferred from the development name or a marketing page.
Homes and sales
No occupancy count or sales-opening date has been verified. The developer page describes the community as Coming Soon; planned amenities are not treated as completed.

What this means for residents and lake visitors

  • Use the dated reports to distinguish work underway from future infrastructure and amenities. No move-in or amenity-opening date is established here.
  • The planned private launch does not add public access. Check existing public boat ramps for a boating trip.
  • Project documents do not establish a current road closure. Check the responsible road authority’s current notices before relying on an entrance or traffic arrangement; Lake Notices covers separate lake-access checks.
  • Town meetings and permit records can clarify later changes. A developer announcement, town action and state or utility permit are separate evidence.
