Choose the cabin as well as the date

The operator lists a two-night minimum for Friday or Saturday check-in. Cabin layouts and facilities differ; read the individual cabin's booking terms rather than assuming every unit has the same space or equipment.

Check-in is 3 PM and checkout is 11 AM. The rental policy does not allow pets or unlicensed off-road vehicles on the cabin properties. Review the chosen cabin’s cleaning charges and rental terms before reserving.

The posted policy requires a one-night advance payment including tax, with the balance due 14 days before arrival; bookings made less than 14 days ahead require full payment. Cancellation less than 30 days ahead forfeits the stated reservation fee, and less than 14 days ahead forfeits the whole reservation amount. The policy does not define the reservation fee as the advance payment or guarantee a refund at other thresholds; confirm applicable terms before paying. Visits are by appointment, not an unrestricted 24-hour opening schedule.

Allow time before checkout to wash and put away dishes, bag rubbish in the outside bins with lids locked down, put used towels and cloths in the supplied laundry bag, and tidy the outdoor areas used. The policy states a minimum $40 cleaning charge if its checkout tasks are not completed.

That non-compliance charge is distinct from the ordinary rental cleaning fee already listed; the policy does not give a combined total. Tents or tent camping require prior approval, so do not assume a cabin booking permits extra outdoor sleepers.
