Booking an off-road outing
Honda Talon side-by-sides, e-bikes and e-trikes next to Eldorado Outpost. Reservations run in four- or nine-hour blocks, including a safety briefing.
Renters must be 21 or older with a valid driver license. Every driver and passenger needs a participant agreement.
Helmets are supplied and required. Passengers need both feet flat on the floor; the operator gives about 48 inches as a usual minimum height.
Return the ATV to the departure point with a full tank. Call 704-798-8037 to book.
With 24 hours’ notice, the operator offers rescheduling or full credit. Operator cancellations allow a refund or credit; no-shows are charged the full price.
Security holds are refundable card holds, not rental prices. Use the booking quote for the vehicle and date.

Before you go
Pickup is next to Eldorado Outpost, not at the forest trailhead: the operator describes a roughly 2-mile road connection to the OHV entrance. Confirm the route and permitted vehicle/trail use at check-in. The reservation card needs room for the security hold, which the operator says can take up to 7 days to release after a satisfactory return. This is not a rental-price quote, trail-opening confirmation or road-use permission.
The operator’s FAQ allows rescheduling or full credit with 24 hours’ notice. Its own weather or unforeseen cancellation may receive a refund or credit; a customer cancellation is not promised a cash refund. No-shows are charged full price. Confirm the terms before booking. This does not resolve the separately conflicting 8 AM versus 9 AM opening.
Visiting details
Advance booking is required. The renter must be 21 or older and hold a valid driver license; deposits and participant agreements apply. A rental does not include Forest Service trail access or a trail permit—confirm the OHV system is open and obtain the required permit separately.
