Day visits and campground extras
A day pass covers campground common areas from 10 AM–8 PM, with office check-in on arrival. For a stay, choose the tent/popup or full-hookup RV booking that fits your party.

Call or text 704-474-3800 about a day pass, rental or fill. The private lake facilities are separate from the public Norwood launch; check whether a day pass covers the particular facility you want to use. Swimming at the lake access is prohibited.
Golf carts must remain on campground property, including its lake access across the road. They cannot be driven beyond the campground.
The pool, weekend grill and Saturday pancake breakfast run Memorial Day–Labor Day. Gem mining and the dog-wash station close during winter; these are not year-round day-pass promises.

The operator lists check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 2 PM. Full-hookup RV sites and tent/popup sites are different bookings; tents are not allowed on full-hookup RV sites.
The guest lake facilities are across the road. The campground permits golf carts, but not vehicles, at that access. Boat slips are first-come, and launching is at the separate Norwood public access, about a mile away. Swimming is not permitted at the campground's lake access.
Planning a summer meal at the campground? Tilley’s Grill is listed for weekends between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Its menu and ordering link are below; online orders end 30 minutes before closing. Confirm arrangements for your visit rather than relying on the summer timetable outside that season.
The advertised camping fee includes four people and one vehicle; ask about extra guests or vehicles when booking. Pets must stay leashed and may not be left outdoors unattended. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM on weekdays and 11 PM–8 AM on weekends.
Read the cancellation terms before paying: the operator lists no cancellation fee at least seven days before arrival, and a first-night camping fee for cancellation within seven days. It does not refund discomforts of nature, illness, injury or early departure. Confirm the terms for your reservation.
