Hours source & corrections

Based on published America/New_York hours, not live venue confirmation. Unlisted days and unverified holiday changes remain uncertain. Meal availability can have a separate cutoff. Routine monthly rechecking does not make a supported schedule disappear when due. Structured sources can be checked automatically; other sources need manual review.
