FirstHealth encourages visits Monday–Friday, 7 AM–8:30 PM, and Saturday–Sunday, 8 AM–8:30 PM. Use a designated visitor entrance and check in at the information desk. These are visiting arrangements, not the emergency department’s hours.
Children under 12 need care-team approval to visit. Check the current visitor guidance before setting out; arrangements can change with patient care or health restrictions.
The usual limit is two visitors per patient, including any support person.
