Choose your stay
Standard lodging can be booked by the night outside scheduled farm-stay weekends. Property, trail and tennis-court access comes with that stay; meals and additional activities are separate.
Angler Cabin has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to eight with a sofa sleeper. Longleaf has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping six.
Standard cabin stays include the property’s trails and tennis courts, with meals and extra activities booked separately. Scheduled all-inclusive farm stays combine lodging, seasonal activities and meals; choose the kind of stay before booking.
For a Toadhouse event, use the Old Cottonville Road gate and follow the signs to the venue, also called Lakeview. Farm-shop collection uses its own pickup instructions.
Gravel paths, uneven trails and hills are part of the farm. Contact Juneberry before booking about mobility or dietary needs.
Read Juneberry's lodging policy before paying. It offers no-fee rescheduling when the request arrives at least 14 days before the service date; requests within 14 days carry a 15% administration fee, subject to availability. A rescheduled reservation becomes final, with no further rescheduling or future refund.
Cancellations within 14 days are not refunded, and choosing not to join parts of an all-inclusive Farm Stay does not earn a partial refund. Ask the operator to confirm your booking's exact cancellation band and boundary dates.
