Photo help, privacy & review

Choose up to three JPEG, PNG or WebP files, each up to 12 MB. Your browser makes smaller JPEG copies within a shared 600 KB private-review limit and removes photo metadata; originals stay on your device.

The review window is 90 days. Expired submissions are hidden, then erased at the next successful intake; contact the guide for immediate removal. Avoid personal information that is not needed. Questions may become guide answers after review, not unverified resident testimony.

Your email stays private. We do not send automatic replies, promise publication or set a review deadline.

Photo submission terms

Submit only a photograph you took or otherwise have permission to submit.
You retain ownership. Website display, cropping and resizing require the website-use checkbox. Social reuse is a separate optional checkbox, initially unchecked; website-only submissions are accepted.
Publication is optional, reviewed manually, and never automatic. Submission does not guarantee publication.
Public credit is optional. Published photos may be removed after a reasonable, verified rights-holder request.
There is no compensation for submission or publication.
Do not submit an identifiable photograph of a minor unless you are authorized to grant permission for that child’s image to be displayed.

Required website-use permission

For every attached photo, I am the photographer or have permission from the rights holder to submit it. Being a business owner alone does not grant photo rights. I retain ownership and permit Visit Lake Tillery to display, crop and resize these photos on its website. I have permission for identifiable people, including minors, in the photographs.

Optional social reuse

Optional: I also permit reuse of these photos on Visit Lake Tillery’s own social channels. Leaving this unchecked does not prevent website-only submission.
